I should advertise on a Internet personals site with the tag: "PETE. The only man on the Web guaranteed to look better in person that he does in his pictures."

When I opened that photo in Photoshop, it marked PETE's body as being blown-out white. That's awesome.

I'm famously un-photogenic in bright light, but that picture is still pretty amazing. If I was engaged and my fiance saw that and decided to call off the wedding, I wouldn't blame her. But in the right light ... look out ladies!! Also, I think I might add some Photos to this. Or maybe do my own fn weekend roundup.

After soccer at lunch yesterday, somebody was commenting about how we were going to go back to work for two hours and then come back out to the fields for the Design vs. Process Engineering Annual Softball Game, and how it was like summer camp. I was like "I was up at Sequoia a couple weeks ago and there's this lake with a Christian summer camp on it.." and I was about to start talking about how I would have loved to be the delinquent kid there who snuck off and smoked weed in the forest, and how we went around the other side of the lake to swim naked, when this one guy was like "Hume Lake? I used to work there! It's the greatest place!" So I pulled back and I was all "yeah, it's beautiful up there." In the locker room, he was talking about all the fun stuff to do up there and he was like "That place is so cool because that's one of the places where I felt God come and change my life..." I stopped talking about it with him at that point. Yikes. But if we ever want him to show us where all the awesome secret caves around there are, he'd be glad to show us. But he probably would not hit that joint.
