THE JO-TEL … illegal blog downfield

Troubling news on the internet today, as a more-than-cursory Jo-tel investigation has revealed that all photographs of Garth Algar's dog, Tina Turner, from the movie Wayne's World, have been scrubbed from the world wide web. Scarier still is the possibility that they were never there to begin with. How can a society such as ours, in a world such as this - (Consider India!) - build a Thing of the magnitude of the Internet, on which I can spend 2-7 hours of every working day without blinking or using any part of my brain forward of the ears, containing very nearly the sum total of all human information and knowledge extant up to the present, and leave out something as fundamental as a picture of Garth Algar's dog, Tina Turner, one of the top 250 sight gags in SNL-spinoff movie history (Wayne's World remains the only SNL-spinoff movie to have grossed over $100 million worldwide)??? Did Tina Turner know too much? Why weren't there any airplane parts inside the pentagon? Why won't Ike return calls seeking his comments on this story? - Hip E.

P.S. I know it seems like I've been gone for awhile, but I never really left. Something is wrong with my computer at work and I can't post from work, and work is the only place where I don't have anything better to do than post on the Jo-tel. In my absence from the bright lights of posting, I've been playing a lot of kickball, shopping for shoes, watering the plants in my room (3 of 'em, one of which has been alive in my care since 2002!), taking Spanish 1A, etc., etc., etc. I make some comments, I keep my Currently Reading hella up to date, and I contribute a tagline every once in while. I made up / adapted that pendejoing the culo one after a conversation with the V-Bird. Hopefully I will start posting more now that I have Spanish homework that I should be doing instead.
